These terms apply to the public Virasai AI website and its published materials. The site has no account, no checkout, no payment service, no hosted product, and no automated support service.

Virasai AI is commercial work informed by VaHive Systems Lab and is operated by Titiya Ruangkwam trading as Virasai AI, established in Thailand.
Using this website
You may browse, link to, and share this website for lawful, non-misleading purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated collection in a way that is excessive, disruptive, or contrary to a website instruction.
Automated retrieval of the published evidence is expressly welcome within that limit. The reports linked from the Watch pages exist so that a claim made here can be checked rather than believed, and fetching them to re-verify one is the use they were published for.
Information, not advice or a service commitment
The website discusses research, open-source software, and planned products. It is provided for general information. It is not legal, security, compliance, investment, or other professional advice, and it does not create a consultancy, support, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. An email enquiry does not create an engagement; any scoped work will be covered by separate written terms agreed for that work.
Research and product boundaries
Preprints describe research proposals and open questions; they are not product certification or a guarantee of a result. Planned product descriptions are not offers to sell, availability commitments, service-level commitments, or promises that a system is safe, secure, compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose. Open-source tools are governed by the licence and notices in their own repositories.
The Watch pages describe artifacts, not conduct
The Watch section publishes factual observations about publicly available npm packages: what an exact published artifact declares, and what differs between two of them. Those observations are produced by static analysis of the artifact, without executing it.
A recorded change is not an allegation. Nothing published there states or implies that a package is unsafe, that a maintainer acted improperly, or that a change was made in bad faith — the overwhelming majority of recorded changes are ordinary release activity, and the pages say so. Where analysis is incomplete, that is published alongside the finding rather than resolved by guessing.
If you maintain a package listed there and believe something we have published is inaccurate, write to [email protected]. A demonstrated factual error will be corrected promptly and the correction will be visible; we would rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
Intellectual property
Unless a page or repository says otherwise, the site’s original text, design, diagrams, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Titiya Ruangkwam trading as Virasai AI. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Do not reproduce substantial portions, remove attribution, or use the materials to imply endorsement.
The published evidence reports are a different case. They are records of fact about someone else’s published software, and we claim no ownership of the facts in them — cite them, quote them, and check them freely. Open-source code is governed by the licence in its own repository, and that licence takes priority over these website terms for that code.
Third-party material and links
This website links to external repositories, DOI records, professional profiles, and other resources. Those sites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that Virasai AI endorses, controls, or guarantees the linked material.
The voluntary support link in the footer is one of these. It goes to a third-party service that handles any payment under its own terms; nothing is charged by this website, and supporting the work buys no product, priority, licence, or service commitment.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties and Titiya Ruangkwam trading as Virasai AI is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
